- Check Your Washing Machine Hose

A bulging will burst. Eventually. And water won’t just trickleout; it will pour out. Have you ever heard horror stories of people whose homes were flooded? 99 times out of 100 it was because of a burst washing machine hose. Replacing rubber hoses with a braided steel hose to eliminate this potential problem forever.
- Hunt Down Stains
Look for stains around the exterior rim of your bathroom fans. This is usually a sign of condensation or moisture within the duct. Condensation and warm, moist air are a recipe for mold and mildew growth. The insidious part of mold and mildew growth inside your fan ducts is that it can go on for months without you realizing it. In some situations, this can result in thousands of dollars of property damage. Attempt to catch this problem before it gets out of hand.
