We couldn’t be happier with Parker & Sons. We purchased a Hot Water Heater from Costco, Parker & Son’s installed. We called for the install. It was easy to make an appointment, they were here with in a few days…quick/courteous, no issues. Fast forward less than a year later…we come home from being away. Our hot water heater has leaked all over the garage…It was 5pm on a Saturday night…we call Parker & Son’s. The technician arrived with a new hot water heater with in 1 hour. He removed & installed the new water heater. Advised us the old one was defective & it was with-in 1yr warranty period, so no charge. He was finished/cleaned up with in an 1 1/2hr tops. Awesome! We were called Monday to make sure everything was working properly. Great customer service! We will definitely use them again & are telling anyone who asks to call Parker & Sons!

I had a very positive experience with Parker and Sons when their representative came to repair a punctured water pipe. I called on a Sunday, the repair person returned my call within 10 minutes of my call, and he was there within 20 min. He assessed the problem and gave me a quote–which was very reasonable. The pipe was repaired in less than 40 min. It was the easiest emergency I ever had to deal with!

I have used Parker & Sons for my air conditioning and plumbing needs for more years than I can remember. They are very professional and the work they do is outstanding. When you need them in an emergency, you talk to a live person and not an answering machine or service and you are taken care of that day as soon as they can. I am on a monthly program with them which gives me two major checkups of my AC system a year at a less expensive rate than any other service offers and discounts any other plumbing services I require.
